Social and physical programs that help individuals to maintain or build on their current skills.   These activities include: daily exercise program, trivia, field trips, special entertainment, crafts and other stimulating and cognitive programming.

Elderly and persons with intellectual disabilities . Alzheimer’s and dementia clients are welcomed.  

Medicaid and VA clients- services are covered!
Private pay rate starts at $85 per day. Please note that prices may differ based on “level on care”.

Yes we do provide transportation within a 15 mile radius. There is no extra charge for transportation.

Balanced and nutritious meals served at breakfast and lunch. Snacks provided throughout the day.
